Overview
I was born in Baltimore City and was raised and lived in Maryland my entire life.
I am married to Michele a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Sinai Hospital.
I have been blessed with two children:
Rachel who is a Certified Health Education Specialist with the State of Hawaii Medical System
and
Ben who will graduate in 2007 from the University of Maryland with a double degree in Environmental Science and Journalism.
I am a 1976 graduate from the University of Maryland with honors and a 1979 graduate from the University of Maryland Law School where I was a member of the Moot Court Board.
I have conducted my own practice since 1982 and have been at this same location serving the citizens and businesship of Maryland since 1984.
